  • It is essential for the teaching of ICTs at all levels of the educational system from the basic level to the tertiary level.
  • The curriculum for the educational system must reflect the needs of the country. Our educational institutions would need to look at their existing curriculum and adapt them accordingly.
  • There is the need for all especially the Government to be aggressive and passionate about moving forward, it is essential to act now before the digital divide becomes too wide, and therefore too big to cross.

  • There is the need to develop a well laid out policy on Standards, which would be binding on all Software developers to enable them become competitive on the International market. This would also help Ghanaians to appreciate made in Ghana products.
  • The telecommunication infrastructure in the country poses a lot of problems for the ICT sector. There is the need to improve the Telecommunication sector before considerable development can take place in other sectors of the economy.
