Some of the key Comments & Contributions

  • The Chiefs expressed concern about the widening digital divide. They appealed to the Government to adopt ICT before the window of opportunity passes Ghana by in order to avoid the consequence of the widening digital divide.
  • There is the need to deploy ICTs in all sectors of the society and provide the necessary infrastructure for ICTs to have a sound footing for socio-economic development.
  • The Traditional Rulers should be equipped with the necessary resources to facilitate development in the rural areas since they are the fabric of the society.
