Some of the key Comments & Contributions

  • Attitudinal Change needs to be addressed. Employees especially Government employees must be educated on the right attitude to adopt for work.
  • It is important for all to be educated on the need and importance of ICT to the growth and development of the economy.
  • Human Resource development is the key to development; there is the need to revise the curriculum of the educational Institution which would enhance the development of the country.
  • Special ICT training programs should be set up for Ministers of State to upgrade themselves.
  • VSAT must be deployed in the Regional Coordinating Councils(RCCs) so as to network the RCCs for effective work and communication.
  • High cost of computers and accessories must be addressed, so that computers would be affordable and accessible to all Ghanaians.
  • Head of Civil Service (HOCS) must ensure that all employees of the serivce are computer literate.
